Perhaps I have been spoiled by the fabulous hospitality of New Orleans hotels. Beau Rivage offers everything youd expect from a Mississippi hotel from dining and entertainment, to non-stop casino action. We chose to leave the hotel at 3am, rather than patronize this hotel. Stay at our royal accommodations in Biloxi, MS located on the Gulf Coast. After confirming that I was the chosen guest of my husband, the hotel manager and security chose to stand by the insulting actions of the front desk personnel, rather than offer an appropriate apology. Following my irate reaction, I was escorted thru the casino by security to find my husband. The teenagers that work the front desk refused, citing hotel policy to protect the privacy of my husband’s and whoever he should choose to invite to our hotel room. After an unsuccessful second attempt to enter my room, I went to the front desk for assistance. I called the front desk to confirm my room number. When I went to my room, my room key didn't work. After some time gambling in the casino, I chose to leave my husband in the casino and retire for the night.

The 'entertainment' was isolated to two young girls that looked incredibly uncomfortable dancing on a stage in the center of the room. After eating dinner at another hotel, we returned to the Hard Rock Hotel to have a few cocktails at their 'exclusive' nightclub on the top floor.

The sixteen year-olds working at the front desk were more interested in socializing with each other that ensuring our fastidious check-in. I just worked with a bunch of 'not very nice' people who really weren't that grateful for the job that they have.My husband and I met our friends on a Friday night to stay at this hotel. That still doesn't deter me from recommending and telling people to go work at Hard Rock Biloxi because all in all despite my horrible experience working there it's actually a really great job. When she was the one that wanted me gone the most and never helped me when I was getting harassed and pretty much gaslighted me anytime I had an issue. Even now it's been a month and I was informed that my prior manager was asking questions about me wanting to know where I'm at now and what I'm doing. Although HR and I took care of it I was still hurt that I had to leave that job because I didn't want to get harassed by the entire department of player services. I worked there for a year and I loved it and although I loved it, repping the brand and just the culture itself, the department I worked with just saw it as a job and because I was different from everyone and more unique, which is the reason I got hired, they found every way to fire me and harass me.
